Louis Berman is an outstanding athlete who excels in just about every sport he pursues. In addition to being a first team All-County selection in football at Arundel High, Berman was also a national-level performer in competitive cheerleading and an outstanding handball player. However, there was little reason to believe that Berman could make the University of Maryland football team.
