Local bike racing team has been on a roll for two decades

Lance Lacy felt like he was losing the most important race of all.  Years after giving up competitive cycling, Lacy was turning to other methods to fill the void. He eventually decided it wasn't working.

"I was always tired, always unhappy, and I'd go out and party all the time," said Lacy, a 38-year-old Edgewater resident. "But as soon as I got back into riding, I had no desire to go out. I became obsessed with racing again."

Lucky for Lacy, he didn't have to travel far to get from party-ville to pedal-ville.
