Local lacrosse team dominates way to titlePublished 07/22/08
CC Lax 2010 Black, an Anne Arundel County-based girls lacrosse team coached by Bev Altig and Stephy Samaras, went undefeated to capture Varsity Division championship at the prestigious National Draw Tournament earlier this month. Brooke Griffin, who will be a junior at South River High, scored three goals to lead CC Lax to a 7-4 victory over Mass Elite in the title tilt.
