COLLEGE PARK - It took almost three years, but Maryland defensive lineman Jeremy Navarre finally has landed where he belongs. He'll start Saturday's season opener against Delaware at defensive tackle, which is where he always figured he'd wind up. At Joppatowne High School in Hartford County, Navarre was a standout defensive end and fullback.
