Stevenson University field hockey coach Kathy Railey calls goalkeeper Kara Zimmerman "The Skipper." That's because the sophomore standout is a take-charge type and has become the unquestioned leader of the defense. "Kara is very vocal. She's always calling out orders whether directing the defense or encouraging the offense," Railey said. When it comes to being the last line of defense, Zimmerman handles her own business fairly well.
