BOWIE - So far, June hasn't been kind to the Bowie Baysox. Entering play last night, the Baysox had lost five of six games since the calendar turned. They'd hit only .173 as a team and been shut out three straight times. "We're not swinging the bats at all," said Bowie manager Brad Komminsk. The latest slump left Bowie 10th in the 12-team Eastern league in runs scored with 220 through the first 53 games, an average of just barely four runs per game.
