Pasadena's Wise earns top award Lacrosse star honored for her sportsmanship

Limestone College's Lauryn Wise, a Pasadena resident, was chosen as the 2008-09 Conference Carolinas Female Sportsmanship Award winner. Each year, the conference receives nominations from member institutions and the conference Senior Woman Administrators select one female and one male student-athlete.

Wise, a 2009 graduate of Limestone, was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team. She was known for having a great attitude on and off of the field.
