Bayhawks look to build on good thingPublished 07/04/09
The Bayhawks will look to post their first winning streak of the season when the Long Island Lizards visit Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium tonight. The Bayhawks (2-5) ended their four-game losing streak last Saturday with a 16-14 win over the Chicago Machine in Milwaukee. The Bayhawks got a strong performance out of goalie Chris Garrity, who wade 18 saves for the win. After being held scoreless against the Boston Cannons two weeks ago, Major League Lacrosse points leader Kyle Dixon got back on track netting three goals - all two-pointers - and an assist, racking up seven points against the Machine....
