Cosh cited the chance to play in the powerful Big 12 Conference and for a legendary head coach in Bill Snyder for choosing Kansas State over East Carolina and Kentucky. The Odenton resident, preparing to enter his seior year at Arundel, informed Snyder of his decision yesterday afternoon then contacted The Capital to announce the news.
"The Big 12 is one of the top conferences in the country and Coach Snyder's record speaks for itself," Cosh said....
