COLLEGE PARK - This year, Maryland football coach Ralph Friedgen won't face any questions about who'll start at quarterback.
AP photoSenior Chris Turner has started most of the past two seasons at quarterback for the Terrapins. Every August, it seems, the primary topic of discussion during preseason camp involves who'll win the Terps' starting job, who's leading in the competition and when the head coach will pick a starter. Only three times in Friedgen's nine years at Maryland has the position not been an issue in the preseason. In each of those seasons, Friedgen had an established incumbent at the position. That's the story this time around, as senior Chris Turner is entrenched as the starter....
