COLLEGE PARK - Near the end of preseason practice, Maryland senior center Phil Costa organized a barbecue for the members of the offensive line. He had food brought in and even invited a couple of defensive lineman to share in the feast. He'd come up with the idea to promote unity and solidarity within the unit.
