OWINGS MILLS - Reacting to a pair of season-ending knee injuries to starting cornerback Fabian Washington and reserve running back Matt Lawrence, the Baltimore Ravens signed cornerback Cary Williams and fullback Charles Ali. Washington, who tore his left anterior cruciate ligament against the Indianapolis Colts, and Lawrence, who injured his knee against the Cleveland Browns, were both placed on injured reserve on Tuesday.
