Friedgen's future positions Terps for final distractionPublished 11/25/09
COLLEGE PARK - Fourteen senior football players make their last appearance at Byrd Stadium when Maryland plays host to Boston College on Saturday. Will it be the finale for Terrapins coach Ralph Friedgen as well? That's the question hanging over the final game of Friedgen's worst season yet at his alma mater. The Terps are 2-9, 1-6 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Four of Friedgen's last six seasons at Maryland have resulted in losing records, which has led to speculation about his continued employment at Maryland.
