America's Cup rivals Alinghi of Switzerland and BMW Oracle Racing of the United States are still fighting over the venue with just more than two months to go before the first race between their giant multihulls.

The powerhouse sailing teams are scheduled to present oral arguments Wednesday before the New York Supreme Court's Appellate Division. Two-time defending champion Alinghi is asking for a reversal of a lower court's ruling on Oct. 27 that Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is ineligible to host the best-of-three showdown beginning Feb. 8.
