TORONTO (AP) — Brad Mills knew he was only going to get one start before heading back to the minors. He made sure it was a good one.
Mills, a rookie left-hander, pitched seven innings for his first major league win, Lyle Overbay hit a three-run homer and the Blue Jays wrapped up a three-game sweep by beating the Orioles 5-0 on Wednesday night, Toronto's 12th consecutive win over Baltimore.
"(Mills) was making a lot of good hitters look foolish up there," Overbay said.
