Child porn incident lands former law judge back in prison

A former state administrative law judge who was caught looking at child pornography at a public library - while he was on probation for molesting an Annapolis boy -- was sentenced yesterday to 5 years in prison.

Marvin Lee Teal, formerly of Baltimore, "is a pedophile" and "is clearly a threat (to children). There's no question in my mind," said Circuit Court Judge Nancy Davis-Loomis.

Teal, 53, has been convicted four times of sexually abusing minors, prosecutors said.
