KEEPING IT OFF: A study of 2,700 dieters who lost at least 30 pounds found that a low-fat diet works better than a low-carb one at keeping off the weight. POST-ATKINS: The findings could add to the backlash against Atkins-style low-carb diets. THE ATKINS SIDE: The Atkins organization says many of the dieters were apparently on a low-carb diet that was not low enough.
