For staffing company owner Drew Lenear, the presidential inaugural balls aren't a one-night stand. They're the impetus for a new business. The Severna Park man's Express Personnel Services, which usually supplies office workers, is making a foray into staffing a hospitality event. He's sending about 400 bartenders, servers and cashiers to tomorrow's balls at the Washington Convention Center. "In two weeks, I've developed an entirely new business line," he said."I'm very excited. On one hand it's a phenomenal opportunity, both business-wise and personally."
