Kent Island: County to hire new spokesman Queen Anne's County has decided to replace its public information officer job with a new post with expanded responsibilities. The new assistant to the county administrator will continue to be the link between the commissioners and the public and media, but will also be in charge of programming for county's new television station, QAC-TV, and updating its Web site, www.qac.org.
