7 charged with throwing debris from overpass

Seven teenagers, including six from Anne Arundel, have been charged with throwing debris, including chunks of concrete, onto vehicles from a bridge overpass in the county.

State police say the seven males are charged as juveniles with several counts each of first- and second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property, juvenile delinquency, reckless endangerment and throwing projectiles from the roadway.

They range in age from 15 to 17. The seventh teen lives in Carroll County.
