7 charged with throwing debris from overpass Seven teenagers, including six from Anne Arundel, have been charged with throwing debris, including chunks of concrete, onto vehicles from a bridge overpass in the county. State police say the seven males are charged as juveniles with several counts each of first- and second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property, juvenile delinquency, reckless endangerment and throwing projectiles from the roadway.
