Frances Anne Bauer, 57, of Arnold, died Feb. 8 at her home. The cause of death is not available.
Mrs. Bauer was born Aug. 24, 1947, in Jersey City, N.J., the daughter of Frank J. Wojcicki of Catonsville and the late Joanna Wojcicki.
She attended Severna Park High School and graduated from the University of Maryland College Park in 1969 with a bachelor of science degree in psychology and zoology. In 1995 she received her master of education degree in guidance and counseling from Loyola College of Maryland. She was a member of Chi Sigma Iota fraternity and the American Counseling Association.
