Planner gives green light to Annapolis Towne CentrePublished 03/11/05
Leaving the knotted questions of traffic and school crowding to be settled this spring, the county's top planner has approved the broad concept of a $400 million makeover of the old Parole Plaza. The main sticking point in winning a final go ahead for the detailed blueprint of the project is whether Greenberg Commercial Corp.'s plan to directly link Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole with Route 50 can be worked out with county, state and federal highway officials.
