Anne Arundel County Executive Janet S. Owens this morning criticized the county school board for its reluctance to tackle redistricting and took the state to task for failing to solve its budget woes or address the area's transportation needs. Find Us On Facebook
In a breakfast speech to the BWI Business Partnership in Glen Burnie, she also said a deal is "very close" to bring an intelligence-gathering homeland security agency to the county.
