Decked out in a cowboy hat and a black western-style shirt with gold musical notes on it, Kidsinger Jim meandered around the food court at Westfield Annapolis yesterday morning with his headset microphone and guitar. Flanked by bodyguards, Clifford the Big Red Dog and Westie the kangaroo entered, whipping the kids up into a dancing, singing crew wanting to get close to celebrity.
