Navy doctor drowns while wading with wife A Navy physician drowned Saturday off an Eastport beach after he tried to save his wife, a city fire official said. Ensign Scott Anthony Miller, 35, and his wife, Sheila, 27, both of Tennessee, slipped off a ledge and into deep water at Horn Point off Chesapeake and First streets at 8:30 p.m. Mrs. Miller went under when they hit the drop-off and Mr. Miller tried to hold her up, fire Capt.
