Chesapeake Window and Building Inc., which did not admit wrongdoing, also agreed not to call people in the national do-not-call registry and pay $5,000 for the state Attorney General's Office's costs, officials said Friday.
The complaint against Chesapeake is the only one the Attorney General's Office has filed under a new law passed last year that allows the state to enforce the do-not-call registry.
