ANNAPOLIS - The movie shoot for "Failure to Launch," scheduled for State Circle, failed to launch this morning because of the weather.
A spokesman for the crew filming the Sarah Jessica Parker romantic comedy said the shoot will now either be tomorrow or Friday.
City officials said the scene set to be filmed here features Ms. Parker walking out of Paws Pet Boutique and toward Harry Browne's, where she sees a friend and stops to chat.
The shoot - whenever it happens - is expected to last most of the day and bring about 150 people.
City police said traffic will only be stopped...
