Man charged in Eastern Shore rape STEVENSVILLE -- Ocean City police have charged a Stevensville man with rape, assault, and impersonating an officer. Deputies raided Christopher Hatch's home Friday and found two retired undercover police cruisers in the front drive, fake guns, handcuffs and a radio. Police said Hatch, 27, raped and robbed a 23-year-old Pennsylvania woman he hired for private exotic dancing June 20 at an Ocean City hotel.
