A diamond engagement ring and wedding band graced the late Evelyn Lazer's left hand for almost 70 years. Then, just days before her death, someone yanked the rings from the finger of the 90-year-old resident of the Heritage Harbour Health nursing home just outside Annapolis. Find Us On Facebook
