Deale charter boat back in business DEALE -- Seven weeks after a boat crash in the Choptank River put it in dry dock, a popular fishing charter went back on the water. Capt. Jim Brincefield of >Deale said his 50-footer, the Jil Carrie, still needs a little work, but that the vessel is seaworthy. He has been taking it out for daily charters since Aug. 25. Capt. Brincefield had been using a friend's 60-foot, walk-around head boat, Old Bay, since July 7.
