City and county police will try to catch all the drunken drivers they can tomorrow night, but not before they announce where the checkpoints are, and posting signs that remind drunks to find a detour. Officers from both departments explained they employ a policy of prior notification because some people have successfully argued in court that they were "entrapped" by police using checkpoints.
