Median price of water properties around Annapolis hits $1.7 millionPublished 10/07/05
With home prices nearly doubling over the past five years, waterfront properties, particularly in the Annapolis area, have been a driving force in the real estate market, eclipsing sales records along the way. Of the 246 homes that sold for more than $1 million in the county between September 2004 and August, 66 were waterfront properties in the Annapolis ZIP codes, according to an analysis of real estate data by The Capital.
