Boating aficionados and football fans could have to slog through traffic again tomorrow as the annual United States Power Boat Show collides with Navy's home game against Kent State University. The revelry will begin when the boat show opens at 10 a.m. and will continue into the Navy game, which starts at 1:30 p.m. Typically, boat show organizers and the academy avoid scheduling conflicts, but it couldn't be avoided this year - twice.
