Work on Route 2-Route 50 interchange nearly completePublished 11/20/05
The zigzag of highway construction in Parole that has plagued commuters for the last 2½ years could end soon as motorists are able to fully access the Route 50-Route 2 interchange as early as this week. Work crews are putting the finishing touches on the $29 million project that will link Route 2, Route 50 and Jennifer Road. It creates what will be the third interchange in a 2-mile span along Route 50, joining other interchanges farther east for Aris T. Allen Boulevard and West Street.
