The Maryland Court of Appeals said Thursday it would hear the college's challenge of a lower court ruling, which found that the county school board should have been involved in the design and development of the property instead of an agreement to share use of the facility.
Attorneys for the college and residents of London Towne and South River Colony will file briefs within the next two months and the court is tentatively slated to hear oral arguments in April.
