Nyles Smith is doing the best he can. Of course - they're all doing the best they can. It's the same sentiment expressed by most of those hauled into court for not paying their child support. Why hasn't Mr. Smith paid any support in more than a year? He says he's only working part-time at a golf course and explains he's been trying to start a business.
