Don't expect a knock on your door tonight, but the idea isn't entirely the stuff of a Spielberg movie. With some experts able to testify about "predictive dangerousness" of criminals based on neurological scans, someone's likelihood of committing a crime in the future could soon be an issue in criminal cases, one scientist said.

"There is all sorts of stuff that is going to come before courts in the next several years that no one ever thought of before," said Dr. Franklin Zweig, a neurobiologist and attorney...
