A proposed state-run equestrian center in Gambrills would create nearly 1,600 jobs and generate more than $100 million a year, Maryland Stadium Authority officials told west county business representatives last night. "The farmers would have more customers. Same for the veterinarians, the farriers, the saddleries - all of those small businesses that need this kind of support and need to keep their farms running," authority Executive Director Alison L.
