Gondolas the solution to city's traffic congestion?Published 01/24/06
Imagine waving to commuters sipping their coffee in Forest Drive gridlock as you glide along in the sky. Kathryn Goetzke White and her husband, John White, believe that dream is a possibility if they can convince city and county planners to install a ski resort-type gondola system around Annapolis.
