Kathryn Goetzke White and her husband, John White, believe that dream is a possibility if they can convince city and county planners to install a ski resort-type gondola system around Annapolis.
In their vision, the multi-million dollar system of elevated gondolas would run in a loop from Westfield Annapolis, Annapolis Towne Center at Parole, down Forest Drive, up Bay Ridge Avenue, then to Navy Marine-Corps Memorial Stadium and along Bestgate Road back to the mall.
