Six candidates vying for school board seatPublished 03/09/06
Six candidates have applied for the single open seat on the county school board - the largest field in seven years. Among them are three Crofton residents, a retired school administrator, a White House lawyer and a former railroad chief financial officer. All filed papers by the March 1 deadline with the School Board Nominating Convention to compete for the District 33 seat being vacated by Paul G. Rudolph of Severna Park.
