Baltimore City Police caught up with Rondell Anthony Medley in the 100 block of Collins Street in Baltimore. Annapolis Police had been searching for Mr. Medley since the February 2005 killing of 24-year-old Tarrod Lonta Wallace.
Mr. Medley, of 1878 Bowman Court, was charged with murder, assault, handgun violations and reckless endangerment. He is being held without bond at the Jennifer Road Detention Center.
