Neighbors remember Ramon Alburg as the pleasant family man who lived at the end of their quiet Crofton court. The man who passed on most of the neighborhood barbecues, but always was good for a wave and a smile. Then the Drug Enforcement Agency showed up. Mr. Alburg, who has lived at 1610 Clarks Court for 10 years, was charged earlier this year with leading a drug-trafficking operation responsible for moving hundreds of pounds of cocaine across the country for distribution in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
