Paul M. Butcher, 26, of Annapolis, was the second person affiliated with the restaurant to die in less than a week.
At 5:51 p.m., a manager from the restaurant called emergency services to report a cardiac arrest or possible electrocution. The manager found Mr. Butcher unresponsive while on top of the walk-in freezer attached to the kitchen on the first floor.
