The family of Connor Freed filed the wrongful death lawsuit yesterday in county Circuit Court, a month after the drowning. It claims that the actions of the club and employees of Hunt Valley-based DRD Pool Service Inc. led to the boy's death.
"The lifeguards and staff failed Connor Freed and they failed the family," said Briggs Bedigian, the family's attorney.
