The girl, who was placed in the home yesterday by the Baltimore Department of Social Services, was found walking on Victory Avenue near Townsend Avenue about 10:45 last night.
The caregiver called police at 8:46 a.m. to report her missing from her home in the 200 block of Townsend Avenue -- just around the corner from where she was found. She said she noticed the child missing about 20 minutes before calling police. She was not sure how the girl got out of the house.
