A 30-ton air-conditioning unit and generator are keeping the Market House cool. Since its opening nearly three weeks ago, the city-run market has had problems with an insufficient air-cooling system, which officials say might not be replaced until late fall.City officials yesterday dropped more optimistic estimates, saying it will take at least 90 days to design and install a new 60-ton water-cooled system capable of properly cooling the Market House with all its tenants up and running.
