LANHAM, Md. - Two Democratic candidates expressed alarm Friday over what they said were voting irregularities in Prince George's County on primary day, while a Montgomery County election official shouldered blame and apologized for errors that caused widespread voting problems in that county.
The campaign of Democrat Rushern Baker, who lost a bid to unseat Prince George's County Executive Jack Johnson, said it had reports of problems that included voters who were listed with the wrong party at polling places, polls not opening on time and problems with the transmission of data from precincts to the county election board after polls...
