Matt Fidler, on top, and Scott MacDonald do their best to create some minor mayhem outside the Statehouse yesterday on their trek to hitchhike their way to every state capital in 50 days, as well as break outdated, absurd laws in each state.Yesterday the two of them, both from Vancouver, Canada, passed through Annapolis - their eleventh destination in their quest to visit all 50 state capitals in 50 days.
