Still opposes dairy farm location.
County Executive-elect John Leopold still is opposed to building an equestrian center at the former Naval Academy Dairy Farm in Gambrills, but he said he's willing to consider alternative sites in the county for the state-run facility.
Supporters of the Maryland Horse Park haven't given up hope, even though Mr. Leopold and the newly elected county councilman representing Gambrills oppose the project proposed for the 875-acre property.
