Parole - Church Creek got hit again, this time by a water main break that spewed an estimated 900,000 gallons of water from the Annapolis Towne Centre construction site late last week.
County spokesman Pam Jordan said a cap popped off a 12-inch water main. The main was built to feed the construction site. Crews from Ronkin Construction, an underground utilities specialist, had worked in the area near the recently constructed parking lot on Thursday, clearing earth from around the buried line in anticipation of making the connection to the Towne Centre this week.
